PURPOSE: A system and method is provided, which decreases a rising/falling time of a pre-amplifier recording circuit. CONSTITUTION: The system for decreasing a rising/falling time of a pre-amplifier recording circuit comprises: providing voltage sources (200, 200', 200") for providing a current a recording circuit; current sources (206a, 206b, 212a, 212b, 206a', 206b', 212a', 212a", 212b", 206a", 206b") to be connected to providing voltage sources (200, 200', 200") and for maintaining a current as a predetermined value; and switches (214a, 214b, 214a', 214b', 212a", 212b") to be connected to current sources (206a, 206b, 212a, 212b, 206a', 206b', 212a', 212a", 212b", 206a", 206b") and for by-passing current sources (206a, 206b, 212a, 212b, 206a', 206b', 212a', 212a", 212b", 206a", 206b") during changing the current. Thereby, it is possible to increase the recording speed of data.
