PURPOSE: An electrolyte for driving an electrolytic condenser and the electrolytic condenser thereof is provided to hold a stability of a electrolytic condenser under the high temperature of 125 degrees centigrade by using the electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: The electrolyte for driving an electrolytic condenser and the electrolytic condenser thereof comprises: an electrolyte formed by melting boron ester and boron ester salt, or any one of them in a solvent; the electrolyte for containing one selected from hexit series, pentose series, and multivalent alcohol series; and the electrolyte formed by melting one more elements of (a) an inorganic acid or an inorganic acid salt, (b) an organic acid or organic acid salt, and (c) boron ester and boron ester salt.
