RECEIVING DEVICE HAVING A SIMPLIFIED SAMPLING RATE CONVERTER

PURPOSE: A receiving device having a simplified sampling rate converter is provided to obtain a simplified first filter when the device has two filters. CONSTITUTION: The receiving device comprises: a first filter for inducing a first signal having a first sample frequency from an input signal; and a second filter for inducing a second signal having a second sampling rate from the first signal. The maximum value of a transition band of the first filter is greater than 1/2 of the second sampling rate and lower than a difference between the second sampling rate and a cutoff frequency of the second filter.
