PURPOSE: A distributing device is provided to distribute more than two fluids combined with a mixing device for mixing the fluid when distributing. CONSTITUTION: A mixing device includes a tube type column(1) and an inner core(2) vertically aligned inside the column. Herein, the space between the column and the core forms a channel(7) which is proper to the flow of a fluid in an entirely vertical direction through the column, and the channel has an inflow end unit(4) and an outlet end unit(5) for the discharge of the fluid from the channel and the inflow of the fluid into the channel. In addition, the inner surface of the column facing the core(2) has a fluid inducing element(3), and the outer surface of the core facing the column has a fluid inducing element(6).
