PURPOSE: The electromagnetic device removes the need to measure the field control in a specific region of a winding and makes the acquirement of the magnetization simple to reduce the response effect. CONSTITUTION: The electromagnetic device comprises a magnetic field generation electric circuit including a winding(1) having more than one conductor(2). The winding is comprised by a solid insulator(4) surrounded by an outer layer(3) and an inner layer(5) acting as an equipotential and having semi-conductive characteristics. The above conductor is arranged inside the inner semi-conductive layer.
