PURPOSE: Liquid crystal display apparatus, transistor and display apparatus are provided to vanquish the problem of the conventional liquid crystal display apparatus that bring about variety of on current characteristic because the size of crystallization shape are not same for overall apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The liquid crystal display apparatus, transistor and display apparatus comprise: first circuit board that has picture element section and operating circuit that operates the picture element section, second circuit board that is installed at the position that faces the first circuit board maintaining the certain gap to the first circuit board, liquid crystal layer that exist between the first circuit board and the second circuit board, transistor that has operating circuit to operate the picture element section by gate length and gate width, gate insulating film, source region, that has source electrode on the circuit board, drain region that has drain electrode on the circuit board, signal lines, gate lines, and thin film transistor on the cross of the aforesaid two type lines.
