摘要 PURPOSE: A non-uniform memory access (NUMA) data processing system for promoting a re-performing request to decrease a stand-by time is provided, which efficiently processes a response received from an NUMA data processing system and a remote processing node. CONSTITUTION: The non-uniform memory access (NUMA) data processing system comprises a plurality of processing nodes (10a-10d) to be interconnected by a node interconnection network (22). A plurality of processing nodes (10a-10d) are has one to M processors (12). Each processor (12a-12d) has an execution unit for executing an instruction flow logic and a program instruction, and an on chip L1 cache. L1 cache and L2 cache (14a-14d) is an intermediate storage device between a system memory (18) and the processor (12) and temporarily stores a data which the processor (12) can access. Processing nodes (10a-10d) have a node controller (20) to be connected to a local interconnection network (16). Thereby, it is possible to decrease a communication stand-by time.
