PURPOSE: A medicine is provided to treat and prevent diseases caused by over-activation of NMDA receptor subtype. CONSTITUTION: A medicine contains a compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable acid and an inactive carrier thereof for representing a treating effect as a peculiar blacker of an NMDA receptor subtype. Herein, Ar1 is phenyl, naphthyl, or tetrahydronaphthyl being selectively substituted by hydroxy, low grade alkoxy, nitro, amino, or methanesulfonamide, Ar2 is phenyl, naphthyl, or tetrahydronaphthyl being selectively substituted by low grade alkyl, or halogen, X is C, CH, C(OH), or N, Y is -CH2-, CH, or O, Z is -CH2-, -CH(CH3)-, or -C(CH3)2-, R1 is hydrogen, low grade alkyl, or acetyl, and A is C=O.
