PURPOSE: A supporting structure and device are provided to prevent a conveyor belt which circles in an area supplying liquid steel, from curving. CONSTITUTION: Pillars(3,3') form a lattice having lattice shafts(2,2') and the lattice shafts are slantingly placed in a transferring direction(1) of a circled conveyor belt. The pillars are arranged inside the cross point of the lattice shafts and a nozzle(4) is arranged inside the space of the pillars for supplying a coolant. Especially, the pillars are arranged in a lattice shape that has a lattice shaft placed in 45 degree of angle, slanting in the transferring direction from the flat of the conveyor belt surface.
