PURPOSE: A reinforcement device of a wrinkle packing material for a convex material is provided to make a thin film sheet having a fold unit that is fixed in the end part for having resistance or a vertical load. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement device is fixed in areas(5,6) by cutting and fixing the center part of the areas that are divided by a fold unit(4) of a thin film sheet(1), and is reinforced by a semi-steel material strip(19) that is connected by a hinge(3) folding the sheet by a folding device, connecting the fold unit and composed of the thin film sheet. A width(9) of a hinge(12) is bigger than each thickness(10,11) of reinforcing pieces(7,8) if the reinforcing pieces are directly contacted by folding the packing material. The reinforcing piece has a cutting unit that is placed in parallel with the fold unit of the thin film sheet by aligning in the fold unit corresponding to AB distance(36) from the section of a width A area(32). |
