RECORDING AND PLAYING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A recording and playing device is provided to easily reflect a photographic image and operating information on an LCD screen and flash the only image information on a monitor as a pausing image. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a recording and playing unit for converting optical information from a substance lens into image information and recording/playing the image information, a displayer that the unit has a display screen for displaying recording or displaying information, and a display controller for controlling operation information of the unit to be displayed on the display screen of the displayer. The controller has a first control for dividing and flashing the image information and the operation information on the display screen and a second control functions for reflecting the only image information thereon.
