PLATE-PIN TYPE HEAT EXCHANGING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A plate-pin typed heat exchanging device is provided to have many tubes and many plate pins, using the whole area of each plate pin for improving heat exchanging ability. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method has the steps of:forming many plate pins(110) that have a tube inserting hole(210) and a standing wall in which the outer circumference of a recessed part(112) projects from each plate pin; layering the plate pins in a layering direction using a fixing jig that has a projecting part for deciding the position of the plate pins and for deciding the position of the plate pins by contacting the projecting part of the fixing jig with the standing wall; inserting a tube into the tube inserting hole; and combining the tube to the plate pins by enlarging the tube.
