PURPOSE: A water treatment system needless of additional form for chemically purifying a thin membrane separator or previously chemically treating water flowed in. CONSTITUTION: A contaminated water processing device is composed of: a raw contaminated water supply having soluble contaminates and suspended particulate; a raw water inlet for receiving water contaminated from the raw water source; at least one of a main driving pump for oppressing the contaminated water to an operation pressure wanted by receiving the contaminated water by being connected to the inlet of the raw water; a valve device for sending the contaminated water to the water treatment device; a control unit for controlling the valve device; a housing for providing an outlet for discharging concentrated contaminated water; and a water treatment device including a discharge port of product water in the housing connected to a duct of the product water.
