The vehicle exhaust silencing circuit has a microphone (2), to control residual exhaust system noise, connected to a anti-noise computer (3) through a noise signal analogue-digital converter (4). The computer actuates an anti-noise function (11) to generate an anti-noise signal for driving an electro-acoustic transducer, with loudspeaker, (6) which generates noise in the exhaust system. The system is of the type having a microphone (2), to control residual exhaust system noise, connected to an anti-noise computer (3) through a noise signal analogue-digital converter (4). The computer (3) is designed to actuate an anti-noise function (11) in order to generate an anti-noise signal for driving an electro-acoustic transducer, with loudspeaker, (6) which generates noise in the exhaust system. The system has also a noise management unit (7), see Fig. 2. The analogue-digital converter (4) is designed to generate, at the end of each conversion, an interrupt signal (INT) for the anti-noise computer (3), so as allow the latter to engage an interruption regime during it proceeds to acquire numeric data from the converter output, then lunches the anti-noise function (11).
