Fencing post has integral metal post with folded sheet profile held together by swages

The post is composed of a mono bloc metal tubular section (1) of length equal to the post height. The profile is a closed section thus having a continuous structure over its periphery, both internally and externally. The closed section is obtained by putting end to end folded metal sheet and assembling the ends by a longitudinal weld (2). The section is in the shape of a circular arc (11) closed on a wide base (10) the other side of which is formed by a T projection (12). Two longitudinal swages (13) provide structural rigidity.
