PURPOSE: A powder composition and an emulsion composition are provided to usefully manufacture a drink filled up with vitamin and inorganic material having sufficient nutrition, containing a vitamin E and other fat-solubility vitamin. CONSTITUTION: The powder composition manufacturing method includes the steps of: mixing water with the improved multi-sugar for a sufficient period to make the improved multi-sugar dissolve in the water; forming a thermal refining emulsion having a solid of 45 wt % by adding up the fat-solubility vitamin into the solution; mixing the thermal refining emulsion until the size of a droplet in the emulsion becomes under 1500nm; obtaining a vitamin supplement emulsion consisted of a droplet having the average size of 70 to 200nm by emulsifying the thermal refining emulsion; obtaining the powder composition having the droplet of the fat-solubility vitamin scattered on the improved multi-sugar matrix and the average diameter of 70 to 200nm by drying the emulsion. |
