PURPOSE: A device for purifying exhaust gas is provided to easily manage it without cleansing a polluted filter by purifying exhaust wind and to purify the exhaust wind efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A device for purifying exhaust gas installs: a body(15) having an inlet(19) for introducing exhaust wind and an outlet for exhausting the wind; a filter(33) installed inside of the body to flow the exhaust wind introduced from the inlet out of the outlet by passing; a cleansing piece making the filter cleanse at least a part; a transfer piece for changing the cleansing position of the filter through the cleansing piece by transferring the filter; and the cleansing piece having cleansing liquid and an exhaust unit for exhausting the cleansing liquid to the filter from the upper area in the pass direction of the exhaust wind.
