<p>The invention concerns means for controlling the negative regulation of an activation transmitted by a tyrosine kinase receptor (TKR), and in particular for controlling the negative regulation of proliferation and/or differentiation of cells induced by a TKR. Such means comprise the use of compounds capable of co-aggregating a TKR with a receptor comprising at least an ITIM motif, and antagonist compounds of said co-aggregating compounds.</p> |
