<p>An instrument is connected to a driving-in tool or drilling tool for elements (12) on or in the form of an implant (13) or drill for dentine. The tool comprises an electric motor which can be controlled by a control unit and the torque of which is sensed. A display unit is arranged so as to display fully or partly the driving-in function performed. A tightening function is determined by means of a scale based on the slope of said curve, a flatter slope representing lower quality and a steeper slope representing higher quality. A frictional resistance which exists for an element during its driving-home can be determined in order to make possible secure locking (preload) of the element by means of tension in the material. A torque-time curve can be used in order to assess the bone quality.</p> |
