The unit has a roof panel which is set on wall panels of the unit, where the roof panel (30) is provided with a central dome (32) and a facia-style wall having a slit-like opening (42). The facia wall ha sa drainage recess (38) in front of it which is connected with the run off surface of the roof. The facia wall surrounds a central opening (34) of the roof, and the inner surface (35) of the opening and the facia wall are inclined downwards and outwards. The base surface (43) of the slit-like opening is inclined upwards and outwards.
