Container-mounted mobile farm cheese making plant has internal cleaning system. A mobile farm cheese-making assembly (21, 23, 25, 29) is installed within a container (1) with an external access door (16). The container interior (52) incorporates especially an internal cleaning system (30, 33, 34, 34a). The cleaning system has cleaning water jets (34) which are directed as required at the cheese-making equipment (21, 23, 25, 29) and inner walls. Component parts (28, 30, 38, 54) which are vulnerable to water or splashes are mounted in a separate compartment either on the roof (15) or under the floor (10).
