A heat conductor (10) set in a metal cap (30) is connected to a jacketed pin (20), to deliver a heat conductor signal outwards. A cylindrical ceramic unit (40) is fitted between the metal cap and the heat conductor, covering the heat conductor, to shield the metal cap and the heat conductor from heat and insulate them electrically.
