摘要 Guiding device for mechanical components comprises two parts cooperating by friction sliding, one smooth part (11), one part (8) with cavities (9) to receive a grease such as a lubricant paste comprising a soap, an oil, and a high pressure additive. The contact angle between the functional surface of the smooth part and the grease is 20-40 degrees. The part (8) is made of polymers in order to have a contact angle between the functional surface of this part and the grease of 45-75 degrees. Guiding device for mechanical components comprises two parts cooperating by friction sliding, one smooth part (11) with a smooth functional surface, one part (8) with at least one functional surface (7) with cavities (9) to receive a grease such as a lubricant paste comprising a soap, an oil, and a high pressure additive. The contact angle between the functional surface of the smooth part and the grease at a working temperature which is 15 plus or minus 5 degrees C below the temperature at which the soap and the oil starts to separate, is 20-40 degrees. The material of the second part (8) is chosen in order to have a contact angle between the functional surface of this part and the grease of 45-75 degrees.
