<p>A system for monitoring operation of trailer lights (turn, brake, park) or brakes, and giving an indication of their proper operation to the driver of the towing vehicle. The system may use a current sensing coil that causes a magnetic field to close a reed switch to complete a circuit to light a LED to indicate that a particular circuit is operational. If a circuit is not operational the reed switch will not close and the LED will not light.</p> |
