A compact dehumidifying air conditioner, and a dehumidifying air conditioning system with less transport power for hot medium or cold medium, comprising a moisture sucking device (103) having a desiccant which sucks moisture contained in the air to be processed and from which moisture is removed by regenerative air; a first heat exchanger (120) which exchanges heat between the regenerative air and hot medium and is installed on the regenerative air flow upstream side of the moisture sucking device (103); a second heat exchanger (220) which exchanges heat between the air to be processed and hot medium and is installed on the processed air flow downstream side of the moisture sucking device (103); and a heat medium feeding device (HP) for heating the hot medium to be supplied to the first and second heat exchangers (120 and 220); wherein the hot medium supplied from the heat medium feeding device (HP) flows to the first heat exchanger (120) and second heat exchanger (220) in that order.
