A solo flying buggy, which may be used by a paraplegic, is mainly made of aluminum tube and has three wheels, all of the same size, which may rotate 360{ to allow the buggy to move in any direction. A back bar is provided for head protection or pushing. The buggy may be dismantled by removing the assemblies of figures 2 and 3 from the assembly of figure 1, disconnecting back wheels with tube arms from figure 1 and front wheel from figure 3. A paragliding harness is fitted with Velcro(<SP>RTM</SP>) and webbing to secure it to figure 1. A wheel shaft (figure 4) has a centre hole for a brake cord of a braking system. Brake rubbers are also shown in figure 4.
