PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obstruct tracking of various tracking type airframe with high probability in a method for disturbing tracking to prevent tracking of the airframe by deceiving the airframe for tracking a target searched by a radar. SOLUTION: A jamming wave is radiated to scattered chaff clouds 12 to disturb tracking of a tracking type airframe 14. Chaffs are scattered in a predetermined direction to form the clouds 12. A detecting wave 18 having a first intensity in the scattering direction of the clouds is radiated. A position of the clouds 12 is detected based on a reflected wave of the wave 18. A jamming wave 20 having larger second intensity than the first intensity is radiated toward the clouds 12 detected at the position.
