PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker such as an oven range or the like, which is provided with the improvement of designing property as well as a thermal efficiency and contamination preventing property, and the contamination preventing method of the same. SOLUTION: A layer 11 consisting of an oxide film or the layer 11 consisting of the oxidized film of the metallic sheet 10 is provided on the metallic sheet 10 and, further, a silica coat is provided thereon and a non-adhesive film 12, having a fluoroalkyl group and a siloxane bonding is provided thereon. According to this constitution, the inside of an oven chamber and the surface of a body or a door are hardly contaminated and the heating cooker, high in heat reflecting performance, excellent in a cooking efficiency and prominent in designing property can be obtained.
