PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a target temperature at a time when a user desires, eliminate a waiting time from a timer set time at a conventional combustion control device until the time when the target temperature is obtained, and correspond to a temperature change at the time of apparatus combustion starting time so as to improve the user's operability. SOLUTION: A user sets the time when a set temperature is wanted to be obtained. A temperature deviation calculating part 9 calculates the deviation between the set temperature set by the user and a temperature input obtained by a temperature detection part 12 only a set time of a combustion operation determining timer 8 earlier than the set value. A combustion starting timer 13 selects a preset value based on a necessary combustion time for increasing the temperature only by the deviation amount and calculates the time. The target temperature is more correctly obtained at the time when the user desires by commanding the starting of the combustion after the completion of the time calculation, that is, only the combustion time necessary to increase the temperature by the temperature deviation amount earlier than the time when the user wants the set temperature.
