PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce and prevent the noise of a fluid apparatus having a regulation valve for industrial use, a throttle valve and the like. SOLUTION: A seat ring holder 40 is fixed at a valve casing, and a seat ring 20 is fixed at the seat ring holder 40. The seat ring 20 is a porous type seat ring having a radial hole 21. A valve body 60 is opened and closed by a valve stem 62. Fluid flowing in a first chamber 51 through an inflow port 50 enters a second chamber 52 through a gap between the seat ring 20 and the valve body 60 and flows out through an outflow port 53, and this constitution is serviceable to reduction of noise and vibration.
