PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate any deformation and breaking under high temperature conditions and braze a brazing joint body at a slight torque strength by using a material provided with matrices composed of Si-SiC materials between a base material composed of a prescribed quantity of C/C composite and each yarn constituting the base material. SOLUTION: In respective yarn arrangement bodies 1A, 1C, 1E and 1B, 1D, 1F of a fiber composite material 7 using C/C composite as a base material, a matrix 8A and a matrix 8B which are filled into clearances between respective yarns adjoining with each other and extend parallel along the surfaces of yarn 2A, 2B respectively are composed of silicon carbide phases 4A, 4B and Si-SiC material phases 5A, 5B. The respective matrices 8A, 8B extending along the surfaces of respective yarns into narrow, long, and linear lines and crossing at right angles with each other are continued in clearance parts between respective yarns 2A, 2B. This constitution can constitute the matrices 8A, 8B to form a three-dimensional grid as a whole.
