PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adequate gasket which can be easily attached at the time when inserting gasket between side faces of exterior wall panels and which can produce an adequate joint construction for exterior wall panels without creating torsion in gasket when gasket is adhered in advance to the side faces of exterior wall panels. SOLUTION: According to the construction of a joint between exterior wall panels, projected portions 13, 13 from side faces facing each other are formed at the front surface side of both neighboring exterior wall panels 1, 1, and gaskets 2, 3 are applied and adhered under pressure beyond the projected portions 13, 13 on the side faces of both the neighboring exterior wall panels 1, 1. In this case, a tongue piece 22 is extended for one gasket 2 and the tongue piece 22 is arranged between the projected portions 13, 13 facing each other.
