PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display discharge panel capable of adhesively forming phosphors, without time consuming two-stage processes, or the possibility of electrodes being buried in the phosphors. SOLUTION: A back substrate 2 provided with plural band-like negative electrodes 5 at regular intervals, and a front substrate 3 provided with plural band-like positive electrodes 7 at regular intervals are crossingly disposed leaving a space between the negative electrodes 5 and the positive electrodes 7 to form discharge cells 9 in the crossed portions. Two back phosphors 11 are adhesively formed in back barrier ribs 6 of each discharge cell, leaving a space at the center. Two front phosphors 13 are adhesively formed in front barrier ribs 8 of each discharge cell crossingly to the back phosphors 11, white leaving a space in the center.
