PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent powdered bones from weathering and realize a permanent and close preservation. SOLUTION: This preservation method is so constituted that a predetermined amount of powdered bones, which are gathered by screening powdered bone content among cremation leavings after the burning of a human body to ashes, or of minute bone particles obtained by pulverizing this powdered bones is mixed with a glass stock so as to heat this mixture above its melting point in order to melt and form into a glass product having a predetermined shape and slowly cool down for preservation or, after the melting and cooling of this mixture, the surface finishing such as polishing and engraving is carried out so as to be formed into a predetermined glass product for preservation.
