摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the execution of a stable continuous casting operation without generating the breakage etc., of solidified shell by independently controlling each oscillating pattern in a plurality of hydraulic cylinders so as to match to the shape of a mold. SOLUTION: On the lower surface of at least four corners in the mold 1 for continuous casting, at least four sets of hydraulic cylinders 2 constituting hybrid actuators for giving the oscillation independently to each in at least four corners of the mold 1, are arranged. The hydraulic cylinders 2 independently control each oscillating pattern so as to match to the shape of the mold 1. The hybrid actuator is composed of the hydraulic cylinder 2, hydraulic pump 3 and a motor 4 for driving the hydraulic cylinder, and a cylinder rod positioning detector 5. The cylinder rod positioning detector 5 is fitted to the hydraulic cylinder 2, and on the motor 4, a motor rotation-state detector 6 is fitted. Signals from the cylinder rod positioning detector 5 and the motor rotation-state detector 6 are inputted into a hybrid actuator control unit 7.
