PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uneven wear of a footwear by providing a recessed part just fittable to a wearing piece having the circular outer periphery on the bottom of the footwear, and rotatably connecting the wearing piece to the recessed part by a connecting means. SOLUTION: A this truncated cone-like recessed part 1 is provided in an oblique part in the rear of an outer instep of a heel 3, and a truncated cone-like wearing piece 2 just fittable in the part 1 is fitted. An angle between the base of the truncated cone and the side is adjusted to allow the wearing piece 2 to fit to the recessed part 1 by strongly forcing therein to prevent the wearing piece 2 from slipping off the recessed part 1. A connecting means is holding force depending on the fitting angle. The wearing piece 2 is allowed to of freely rotate in the recessed part 1. The grounding surface of the wearing piece 2 and the heel base 31 are coplanar. Since the wearing piece 2 turns a little in grounding, rubbing with the ground is decreased for that to reduce abrasion. A little turning in grounding causes uniform abrasion to prevent biased abrasion to reduce abrasion and to prevent uneven by turning of the wearing piece 2.
