摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitive sensor for detecting the human body sitting on a toilet seat with good and high reliability, and easiness at a low cost. SOLUTION: Electrodes consisting of a detection electrode 14 - insulation layer 17 - protection electrode 15 - insulation layer 17 - earth electrode 16 are arranged in order from the side near the sitting surface of the human body to the inside of the toilet seat of a human body private part washing device, and the same electric potential and phase as the detection electrode 14 are impressed to the protection electrode 15 to greatly reduce the electrostatic capacity possessed by an electrostatic sensor 4 itself and unnecessary for the human body to sit on the toilet seat. Thus, malfunction factors of electrostatic capacity varied by variations in temperature and manufacture can be greatly reduced. Since such construction can be realized if the pretection electrode 15 is added to supply the same electric potential and phase from an oscillation circuit, there is no need to use an expensive electric and electronic elements, and it can be constituted at a low cost accordingly.</p>
