PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film for transparent touch panel which is structured so that a transparent conductive thin film is formed on a transparent plastic film, can favorably be used in interposing it between a liquid crystal panel and an upper polarizing plate in a stacked manner, has no risk of dropping the visibility, is excellent in the pen input durability, and can suppress minimally the increase in the weight of a liquid crystal display device after the transparent touch panel is installed. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 1 is structured so that a transparent conductive thin film 12 of amorphous structure is formed on one surface of a uniaxial oriented highpolymer film 11 having a function of phase difference film, wherein the attaching force acting between the uniaxial oriented highpolymer film 11 and the transparent conductive thin film 12 is 15 g/15 mm or over, and a transparent touch panel is fabricated using this transparent conductive film. |
