PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine composition for treating infantile hemicrania, preventing hemicrania, useful for dermopathy, peripheral nerve disorder arthritis, gastrointestinal tract disease, genitourinary organ disease, mouth and face ache, glaucoma, etc., by making the medicine composition include a specific composition. SOLUTION: This medicine composition contains a compound of formula I (R1 and R2 are each H or a 1-6C alkyl) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt (preferably fumarate) and is useful for treating infantile hemicrania or preventing hemicrania. The compound of formula I has preferably a (R)- stereochemical structure of formula II. Preferably the compound of formula I or its pharmacologically acceptable salt is mixed with a pharmacologically acceptable adjuvant, diluent or carrier and applied for skin administration. The daily dose of the medicine is 0.1-200 mg based on a unit dose for oral administration, parenteral administration or to an oral cavity and daily dose is 100μg to 10 mg in the case of aerosol preparation. |
