PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for formation of a jigsaw puzzle book connected with plural jigsaw puzzles not limited in a folding direction without putting traces of lancing lines on back paper. SOLUTION: A cardboard 11A, front paper 13A and back paper 21A of rectangular shapes which are transversely long in the external shapes larger than the developing state of the jigsaw puzzle book 1 are prepd. Next, the cardboard 11A portions corresponding to the portions between the adjacent jigsaw puzzles 3, 5, 7, 9 are bored with slits. Next, front paper 13A is affixed by glue over the entire surface on the front surface of the cardboard 11A. Next, the lancing lines 31, 33, 35 are formed across the cardboard 11A and the front paper 13A. The back paper 21A is then affixed to the rear surface of the cardboard 11A. The top, bottom, right and left of the cardboard 11A affixed with the front paper 13A and the back paper 21A are cut to meet the dimensions of the jigsaw puzzle body 1 to be formed as a product.
