PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable composition which seldom allows bleeding out of a plasticizer from a urethane-based cured product after curing, and has improved contamination resistance and so on of a cured product by incorporating a specific plasticizer in a specific curable composition. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by incorporating (B) (II) a plasticizer which consists of a polyether compound which has a number-average molecular weight of preferably 500-20,000, and is shown by the formula Z OR1}n}OR2}m ((m) is 3-16; (n) is 4-150; Z is an alcohol having (m) active hydrogens or a residue obtained by removing (m) OH groups from a phenol; R1 is a 2-24C alkylene or a substituted alkylene; R2 is an acyl) to (A) (I) a one-liquid type or two-liquid type polyurethane-based curable composition which consists of an end isocyanate group-containing prepolymer. This composition consists of component I, component B, and (C) a curing-promoting catalyst (one-liquid type), or two liquids which consists of a main component which contains mainly component I and a curing component which contains mainly (D) a curing agent, component B, and component C as main components (two-liquid type).
