PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the small-sized back flow prevention device of pachinko balls capable of surely preventing the pachinko balls from flowing back by gravity even in the case of stopping a lifting device. SOLUTION: Inside a main body 10 in a block shape, a passage 11 where pachinko balls are lined up and pushed upwards and an inclined hole 14 with a stopper 17 communicated with the passage 11 in a chevron shape are formed. The pachinko ball 16 or an elevating/lowering body is inserted to the inside of an inclined hole 14. When a lifting device is stopped, a bridge state where the pachinko ball 16 or the elevating/lowering body inserted inside the inclined hole 14 pushes the pachinko ball inside the passage 11 with each other is attained, the passage 11 is closed and a back flow is prevented.
