PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a urethane resin composition which can be cured at a low temperature in a short period, can have a long pot life at room temperature, allows mixing a large amount of resin at once, and allows reduction of waste resin, and electric/electronic parts which are insulated with the composition. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by incorporating (A) a compound having two or more hydroxyl groups in its molecule, (B) a compound having two or more isocyanate groups in its molecule, and (C) a crystalline additive which contains an organometallic compound or metal. The above-mentioned electric/electronic parts are obtained by insulating with the composition.
