PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a photosensitive printing plate capable of performing stabilization of degreasing for causing scumming or plate removal by preventing a depression fault and a protrusion-like deformation for causing a dot reproduction fault and a deterioration of a plate wear resistance. SOLUTION: A lengthy metal support or a photosensitive printing plate wound in a coil-like state is fed from the coil, and a foreign matter removing means is provided to an initial conveying roller. The removing means is provided immediately before a leveler, and cleanness of the leveler is held 10,000 or less. The removing means is provided immediately before a winding unit for winding the plate in the coil-like state. A temperature of the support is regulated substantially the same as an atmospheric temperature of a grain treating step. |
