PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film for transparent touch panel which is structured so that a transparent conductive thin film is formed on a transparent plastic film, can favorably be used in interposing it between a liquid crystal panel and an upper polarizing plate in a stacked manner, has no risk of dropping the visibility, and is equipped with durability for pen input. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 1 is structured so that a transparent conductive thin film 12 of amorphous structure is formed on one surface of a light isotropic film 11 whose retardation value is 15 nm or less, wherein the attaching force acting between the light isotropic film 11 and the transparent conductive thin film 12 is 15 g/15 mm or over, and a transparent touch panel is fabricated using this transparent conductive film. |
