PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the delay of a voice corresponding to an image reproduced at a reception side by calculating the reproduction start time of voice frame data to be encoded the next time by using the number of frames of coded voice frame data, and operating the encoding of image data having a display start time which is the same as or close to the reproduction start time. SOLUTION: Voice frame data are encoded by a voice data encoding part 103, and temporarily stored and held in a voice coded data storage part 104. In the meantime, image data having a display start time which is the same as the reproduction start time of the voice frame data are encoded by an image data encoding part 113, and inputted to an image coded data storage part 114. At the time of recording an image data coding end signal from an image coding controlling part 115, the voice coded data, image coded data, and non-image and non-voice data respectively stored in the storage parts 104, 114, and 123 are multiplexed by a coded data multiplexing part 132. |
