<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely monitor a wanderer at low cost by use of simple constitution. SOLUTION: This monitoring system includes an invisible light generator 1 attached to a wanderer to generate invisible light rays, a camera device 2 capable of extracting the invisible light rays generated from the invisible light generator 1, and a monitoring device 3 for monitoring the wanderer according to whether or not the extraction signals of the invisible light rays are involved in signals outputted from the camera device 2.</p> |
