SOLUTION: A pattern prepared on the basis of shared picture information by plural pixels before conversion for one pixel after conversion is stored in an operation data selection part 23 and it is decided which pattern pixel data inputted to the operation data selection part 23 by way of an A/D conversion part 21 and a frame memory 22 are coincident to. An operation coefficient selection part 28 selects an operation coefficient corresponding to this decided pattern and outputs it to an operation part 24. The operation part 24 uses the operation coefficient and the pixel data and calculates new pixel data.
