摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and costs of a microwave amplifier device. SOLUTION: An FET 101 performs matching of the input and output sides circuits or a transmission line by an input-matching circuit 106 and an output- matching circuit 107. The input-matching circuit 106 is composed of a spiral- shaped inductor 102 at the input side and a coupling capacitor 104 for blocking DC at the input side, and the coupling capacitor 104 for blocking DC at the input side is formed at the center part of the inductor 102 at the input side. The output-matching circuit 107 is composed of a spiral-shaped inductor 103 at the output side and a coupling capacitor 105 for blocking DC at the output side, and the coupling capacitor 105 for blocking DC at the output side is formed at the center part of the inductor 103 at the output side. To compose the input and output matching circuits 106 and 107 by a single inductor, a power supply is made into high impedance by a 1/4-wavelength line 108 using a spiral inductor made of strontium titanate with a dielectric constant of 120.
