PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger unit capable of forming a roofed outdoor space capable of being used as car port, etc., and expanding a building space to the limit of the setback regulation. SOLUTION: A hanger unit 5 is mounted to an external wall surface 1B of a unit type building 1 combining a plurality of building units 2 and 3 formed in the shape of a box. By the constitution, even in the case the outside appearance of the unit type building 1 is apt to become monotonous, large undulations are formed by a balcony 7B further projected from an overhang section 1C projected from the external wall surface 1B, and the outside appearance does not become monotonous. Beside the limited space within the limit of the setback regulation can be effectively utilized.
